Introduction
wglance is a command that can be easily set on systems in a WebSphere environment. The only prerequisite is the Perl interpreter. wglance is part of WASMON application. Use wglance anytime you are in doubt about the operability of your WebSphere installation. The command offers a quick diagnostic of the resources used by WebSphere.
wglance is also used to glance at the escalation of memory consumption, and to monitor JNDI names, and much more.
